This package gives the biggest price break while making a commitment to building your training foundation, developing exercise as a lifelong habit, and to see and feel the results you set out to achieve. (60 – one hour sessions recommended meeting three times a week) (40 - one hour sessions recommended meeting twice a week) |
All personal training sessions are one hour. Trainings may also be 30 minutes in length and will count for half of a session (not applicable on a Personal Training Introduction Purchase, Single Session purchase or Partner package purchases).
Clients are asked to call 24 hours in advance of the scheduled training session. You will be charged for appointments cancelled with fewer than 24 hour notice. Failure to contact your trainer will result in a session loss. Non package single scheduled appointments not canceled 4 hours in advance will result in the full service charge.
